You can find a wide range of diagnostic information about the Mini, Midi and Maxi Maestro drives in the user guides in our PDF download section. In there you will see comprehensive information about the status of the LED indicators and how to fault find. If you’re still struggling get in touch with us and our engineers will do their best to help.
Although the Maestro comes in three sizes, you can find your part number on the front of each drive near the control terminals. It can also be found on the side where all the ratings are for the drive. The two numbers will be slightly different, as the side label always begins with DCD whereas the number on the front of the unit does not include this.
